Evolve & lead Academy (ELA) is a high-energy and interactive one-on-one coaching academy focused on helping Leaders & Executives worldwide enhance their Personal Leadership Skills, Daily Leadership Skills, & Work/Life Harmony in an 8 Session Program to best lead their People, Teams, and Organization by enhancing more effective communication, connection, and culture!
The Academy is led by a world-renowned Leadership Trainer and Recipient of The 2022 Global Icon Award for Leadership, Andre Young!
My Program is a mix of Virtual Group Calls and the World Famous Evolve & Lead Online Pre-Recorded Training Program with Leadership Sessions for ongoing training at the conclusion of the program… AND… you can share the Online Training Program with your entire organization thereafter with a cohort for C-Suite & Middle Management, a cohort for more Front-Line Employees, and The Leader’s Library for ongoing shorter Leadership Lunch & Learns!

I will role play the position of Boss/Leader while you assume the role of Employee; acting out problematic issues such as tardiness, not meeting metrics, negative attitudes, and more! We will switch roles as well!

Expectations:
All Members that register and participate in the Program will exhibit the 3P’s: Positive, Passionate, & Productive!
Rules:
Evolve & Lead Training Session will begin promptly at the time announced and will end at the time announced. Andre Young may offer time at the conclusion of the Session if any Member would like to remain on the call for a bit.
A missed Session does not constitute a make-up Session with Andre Young. If a Session is missed, a Member can log into the Evolve & Lead Online Program and select the corresponding Session within the C-Suite & Middle Management Cohort Section
No Refunds.
Members will attend Training Sessions with screens on and willing to unmute to engage.
